No, Shopify's platform limitation allows only one discount code per order. However, automatic discounts can sometimes combine with discount codes depending on settings.
How do automatic discounts work?​
Automatic discounts apply at checkout without requiring a code. When a customer adds qualifying products to their cart, the discount is automatically applied when they proceed to checkout.
Can I apply discounts to specific products only?​
Yes, you can target:
- All products
- Specific individual products
- Product collections
- Product variants (sizes, colors, etc.)
What happens if multiple discounts apply to the same product?​
The app follows your configured priority rules:
- Best for Customer (highest discount)
- Priority Order (numbered priority)
- First Match (first eligible)

Can I exclude sale items from discounts?​
Yes, you can exclude specific products or collections from campaigns. This is configured per campaign.
Do discounts work with Shopify POS?​
Yes, discounts created with the app work across all Shopify sales channels, including POS, online store, and mobile.
Influencer Codes​
How many influencer codes can I create?​
It depends on your plan:
- Free Trial: Up to 25
- Starter: Up to 50
- Professional: Up to 500
- Enterprise: Unlimited
Can I track which influencer generates the most sales?​
Yes, each influencer code tracks usage and can be monitored through the campaign dashboard.
Can I set expiration dates for influencer codes?​
Yes, you can set expiration dates when creating or editing codes. Codes automatically deactivate after the expiration date.
How do I generate codes in bulk?​
- Navigate to Influencer Codes
- Click Bulk Generate
- Set the number of codes and format
- Download the generated codes as CSV

Can I import existing codes?​
Yes, you can import codes from a CSV file. Prepare your file with the required columns and use the Import function.
What happens when a code reaches its usage limit?​
The code automatically deactivates and customers can no longer use it. You'll receive a notification if email notifications are enabled.
Syncing & Performance​
What does "syncing" mean?​
Syncing keeps your discounts synchronized between the Datora app and Shopify's discount system. This ensures consistency and updates usage statistics.
How often does syncing occur?​
You can configure sync frequency in Settings:
- Every 15 minutes
- Every hour (recommended)
- Every 6 hours
- Daily
- Manual only
Can I manually trigger a sync?​
Yes, go to Settings and click the Sync Now button to force immediate synchronization.
What happens if syncing fails?​
You'll receive an error notification with details. Most sync issues resolve automatically on the next sync attempt. Contact support if issues persist.
Will the app slow down my store?​
No, the app is optimized for performance and has minimal impact on your store's speed. The theme extension is lightweight and loads asynchronously.

How do I show discounts on product pages?​

Can I customize the discount badge appearance?​
