Influencer Codes
Influencer Codes allow you to generate, manage, and track unique discount codes for influencers, affiliates, and marketing partners. This feature makes it easy to run influencer marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
What are Influencer Codes?​
Influencer Codes are specially tracked discount codes that:
- Provide unique codes for each influencer or partner
- Track performance individually per code
- Can be generated in bulk or one at a time
- Integrate with your marketing campaigns
Creating Influencer Codes​
Single Code Generation​
Create one code at a time for individual influencers:

Navigate to Influencer Codes in the app

Click Create New Code

Fill in the code details:
- Influencer Name: For your reference
- Discount Code: The actual code customers will use
- Discount Type: Percentage or fixed amount
- Discount Value: Amount of discount
- Usage Limit: Maximum number of uses (optional)
- Expiration Date: When the code expires (optional)

Example:
- Influencer Name: Sarah Johnson (@sarahjstyle)
- Discount Code: SARAH15
- Discount Type: Percentage
- Discount Value: 15
- Usage Limit: 100
- Expiration: December 31, 2025
Bulk Code Generation​
Create multiple codes at once for large campaigns:

Click Bulk Generate

Configure the generation settings:
- Number of Codes: How many to create
- Code Prefix: Common start for all codes (e.g., "INF")
- Code Format: How codes are structured
- Discount Settings: Apply same discount to all
- Expiration: Set common expiry date

Download the generated codes as CSV
Example Bulk Generation:
- Number of Codes: 50
- Code Prefix: SPRING25
- Code Format: PREFIX + 4 random characters
- Discount: 25% off
- Result: SPRING25ABCD, SPRING25EFGH, etc.

Import codes from a CSV file:

Managing Influencer Codes​
View All Codes​
The main Influencer Codes page shows:
- List of all codes
- Active status
- Number of uses
- Usage limit
- Performance metrics
Filter and Search​
Find specific codes quickly:
- Search by name or code
- Filter by status: Active, Expired, Exhausted
- Sort by: Uses, Revenue, Date Created
- Date Range: Show codes from specific period
Edit Codes​
Modify existing codes:
- Click on the code in the list
- Update any field except the code itself
- Click Save Changes
Editable Fields:
- Influencer name
- Usage limit
- Expiration date
- Active status
Cannot Edit:
- The discount code itself (create new instead)
- Historical usage data
Deactivate Codes​
Temporarily disable a code:
- Find the code in the list
- Toggle Active switch to off
- Code immediately stops working
Use Cases:
- Pause underperforming campaigns
- Respond to influencer issues
- Enforce campaign timelines
Delete Codes​
Permanently remove codes:
- Click on the code
- Scroll to bottom
- Click Delete Code
- Confirm deletion
Warning: Deletion is permanent and removes all historical data.

- Random strings: XJ8K2LP9

- Confusing: 0O0O0O (zeros and Os)

Choose appropriate limits:
- Small influencers: 25-50 uses
- Medium influencers: 100-250 uses
- Large influencers: 500+ uses
- Mega influencers: Unlimited or 1000+
