- Click Change Plan
- Select lower tier
- Review feature changes
- Confirm downgrade
- Takes effect at next billing cycle

- Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
- Campaigns/codes exceeding new limits will be paused
- Data is retained for 90 days
Canceling Your Subscription​

- All campaigns are automatically deactivated
