Billing Information
Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Billed on the same day each month through Shopify
- All billing is handled through your Shopify account
Currency
- USD (US Dollars)
- Prices shown exclude applicable taxes
- Tax calculated based on your location
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
- Open the Datora Bulk Gift Cards app
- Navigate to Plans
- Click Upgrade on your desired plan
- Confirm the upgrade through Shopify
- New features and limits available immediately
Note: Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Plans
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower tier
- Review feature changes
- Confirm downgrade
Important:
- Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
- Jobs exceeding new plan limits cannot be created after downgrade
- Existing gift cards are not affected
Canceling Your Subscription
- Navigate to Plans
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
After Cancellation:
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Existing gift cards in Shopify are not affected
- You can resubscribe at any time
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade anytime with immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You cannot create a job that exceeds your plan's card-per-job limit. Upgrade to a higher plan to create larger jobs.
Do deactivated gift cards count toward my monthly quota?
Yes, all gift cards created count toward your monthly quota regardless of whether they are later deactivated. Deactivating cards does not free up quota.
Are there setup fees?
No, all plans are plug-and-play with no setup fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
All billing is handled through Shopify. Your existing Shopify payment method applies.
